Pumpkin Cheesecake
When you want something delicious that celebrates the holidays, this is it. Our pumpkin cheesecake is creamy, smooth, and spicy. The crust is made with Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers, unsalted butter, and superfine sugar; the cheesecake is made with Philadelphia cream cheese, pure pumpkin puree, Knudsen's sour cream, fresh eggs, pure vanilla, and an assortment of spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice) which combine to create a wonderful flavor sensation. This cheesecake keeps very well in the refrigerator for up to five days. It can also be frozen (well wrapped) for future use.

Mini Raspberry Swirl Cheesecakes
These little cheesecakes are really fun to eat. Kids love them! They are smaller versions of the Berry Swirl Cheesecakes, with a creamy and delicious cheesecake with a sweet raspberry puree swirled all around the cheesecake. The crust is made with Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers, unsalted butter, and superfine sugar; the cake is made with Philadelphia cream cheese, Knudsen’s sour cream, fresh eggs, and pure vanilla extract. These little cheesecakes will keep very well in the refrigerator for up to five days. They can also be frozen for later use.

Mini Cheesecakes with Graham Cracker Crust OR Almond Crust (Gluten Free)
These little cheesecakes are amazing! The crust is gluten-free, slightly crunchy, and very satisfying. The filling that sits atop the crust is creamy, smooth, and delicious. The cheesecakes are topped with three berries of your choice: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries (when in season). The crust is made with almond flour, unsalted butter, and a touch of superfine granulated sugar. The cake is made with Philadelphia Cream Cheese, fresh eggs, superfine granulated sugar, and pure vanilla extract. These little cakes will stay fresh one week in the refrigerator. Take the cakes out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
