This cheesecake is incredibly creamy, smooth, and delicious. The crust is made with Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers, unsalted butter, and superfine sugar; the cake is made with Philadelphia cream cheese, Knudsen’s sour cream, fresh eggs, and pure vanilla extract. This cheesecake keeps very well in the refrigerator for up to five days. It can also be frozen for later use.
