This is a wonderful variation of the traditional sour cream coffee cake. This bundt cake has swirls of rich chocolate in the middle of its creamy and moist vanilla butter cake, and the two flavors are perfect together! This cake is made with Guinevere (King Arthur) cake flour, unsalted butter, fresh eggs, sour cream, milk, superfine sugar, Guittard cocoa powder and bittersweet chocolate, and pure vanilla extract. This cake is best served fresh, but it lasts three days in an airtight container at room temperature.
